About The HCA Daily

Built by an educator and hiring-side administrator, for the people trying to get hired.

The HCA Daily exists for one reason: healthcare administration is a field where qualified people get passed over for roles they could do — not because they lack experience, but because they don't speak the language a hiring executive is listening for.

Most preparation material teaches you to answer questions. Very little of it teaches you to think the way the person across the table thinks — in wRVUs, days in A/R, denial rates, no-show rates, and cost per case.

The HCA Daily closes that gap five minutes at a time. A short daily drill, a streak you don't want to break, and a skill path that moves you from "I'd improve productivity" to walking into the room quoting the numbers that decide offers.

Who's behind it

Dr. Ashley Hussain-Okorafor, DBA is a healthcare administration educator and the voice behind @professorashley, where more than 6,000 healthcare leaders have followed her guidance on breaking into and advancing in the field.

"I've sat on both sides of the table. The candidates who get offers aren't the ones with the best résumés — they're the ones who sound like they already work there."

How it works

Start with the free 90-second scorecard. It measures you across the four dimensions healthcare leaders actually hire on and shows your three highest-leverage fixes. From there you get a daily drill, and the depth only when you want it.

Everything is self-paced and automated — this is a system, not a coaching calendar.
